A LOWER BODY & ABS WORKOUT PLAN

Built by Luz Guerrero, that focuses on full lower body growth and strengthening your core. This plan is GYM BASED but can be easily modified to home.

The plan includes:

*ROUTINE*

  • A very specific 8 weeks routines that focus on overall lower body growth and strengthening your core
  • Detailed instructions such as exercise, amount of sets, repetitions and resting time
  • 3 days a week, workouts should be around 1hr - 1hr 30mins

*NUTRITION*

  • What are and how to calculate your macros for your goals
  • List of foods you should be aiming to consume for muscle building
  • Information on different body types to help you figure out what yours is and how to approach your calories/macros
  • How to measure/weigh your food
  • Chart full of meals examples

*VIDEOS*

  • Videos are included on the plan and are clickable
  • Videos are gym based, but most exercises can be easily modified to home 

*IF DONE AT THE GYM YOU’LL NEED*

Basic gym equipment and machines such as:

  • Olympic bar and plates
  • Leg press
  • Lying or seated leg curl
  • Cable machines
  • Back extension machine
  • Dumbbells (heavy ones def needed)
  • Pre-loaded barbells
  • Bench/Box (like the ones to do box jumps with)
  • Mini loop resistance bands
  • Ankle straps for exercises
  • Hip thrust bar pad
  • Mat

*IF DONE AT HOME YOU’LL NEED*

  • Pair (or singles) of heavy and light dumbbells or kettlebells (20-30lbs / 10-15lbs)
  • Resistance bands (if you can afford latex and fabric ones get both)
  • Ankle weights (5lbs)
  • If you can afford a barbell with weights get one (Walmart has one for $40 online and comes with 100lbs in weights)
  • A chair and a mat

*If you can’t afford some of these things, just get the resistance bands and make it work with useful heavy home items, like gallons of water etc.*
